POTUS is absolutely right. Whoever provides secure and safe passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz should be compensated for this service.

Iran knew Trump would undermine the MOU, so it used the agreement to outmaneuver him. By swiftly exporting vast quantities of oil and importing essential goods, it has now pulled far ahead of Trump, who has been unable to mitigate the looming energy supply crisis.
