Ne vem sicer, v kolikšni meri je ta spodnji načrt resničen, toda običajno se te “pobegle informacije” kasneje izkažejo kot resnične. Pri spodnjem mirovnem načrtu je zanimivo, kako velike koncesije so nenadoma “pripravljene dati” EU države. Večina točk je praktično identičnih z ruskimi in ameriškimi. Kar pomeni, da evropski politiki počasi konvergirajo “realnosti na terenu” in stališčem Rusije.

Problem tega evropskega mirovnega načrta je seveda, da nima nobene teže, ker EU države niso za pogajalsko mizo. Pomeemben je le v tem, da bodo EU države manj nasprotovale, ko bosta Rusija in ZDA podpisale svoj mirovni načrt za Ukrajino. Ukrajine seveda nihče ne bo nič vprašal. Kar je sicer tragedija, vendar smo to vedeli od prvega dne vojne. Med “pravičnim” in “trajnim” mirom je umrlo 2 milijona ljudi.

The European peace plan for Ukraine will consist of 12 points

It will consist of 12 points, structured around two phases – “ceasefire” and “negotiations”:

• The ceasefire should begin 24 hours after the parties accept the plan.
• Freezing the current front line.
• Monitoring starts immediately under US leadership.
• Ukraine and Russia agree on a “non-aggression pact”.
• Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is handed over to a “third party” with subsequent return to Ukraine.
• Cancellation of “symbolic sanctions” against Russia.
• Agreement on the final line of confrontation with arrangements for Russia’s administration of the occupied lands.
• Ukraine receives international security guarantees (no details).
• Kyiv and Moscow “enhance mutual understanding and respect for the diversity of languages, cultures, and religions”.
• Start of negotiations on the administration of territories taken by Russia.
• Gradual lifting of sanctions against Russia as the plan is implemented.
• Ukraine and Russia agree on compensations, and the West unfreezes assets.

It’s still an absolute non-starter, but look at how many concessions the EU is willing to make in comparison with their last “piss plan” proposal, obviously made from the “position of strength”.
